QUALITY PROVISION The WEA invests heavily in quality assuring the learning we provide and the results have been recognised not just by the organisations and learners who have been in receipt of our provision (as can be seen from the statistics and quotes below), but also by external assessment. The WEA is approved for the delivery and examination of courses by 10 awarding bodies and over the past year some of these bodies have recognised the quality of learning delivered and achieved with a number of awards. Testimonials "Over the past 6 years the WEA has been very supportive to the JIMS centre, providing courses in basic ICT and more recently digital photography. The courses are of excellent quality and all are recognised qualifications. JIMS really needs the WEA to continue providing top class adult education classes for the local community in Kilkeel." |
